Our extra virgin olive oil is produced by olive groves located in the Messinian planes, laying between the Messinian gulf and the hillsides of Taygetos, the highest mountain of Peloponnese. The rocky ground, the altitude of 400 – 600m

and the sea breeze provide the ideal conditions for an extra virgin olive oil to be produced. The variety used for our olive oil is called Koroneiki and it grows only in Greece.

it produces small sized fruits and matures from October until December. It's a special variety, well known for its high nutritional & medical value.

STAGE 1: THE OLIVE GROVES

THE HARVEST period starts in November and lasts till March. The olives are carefully 'hand-picked' from the trees, selecting only the finest fruits.

After each batch is harvested, and within 24 hours, it is cold-pressed in a technologically sophisticated 2-phase mill (temperatures lower than 27°C), producing the olive juice.

This way the extracted juice preserves all its beneficial substances intact.

STAGE 2: THE HARVEST β

Later on, and after the Oil is purified from the vegetable water and solids is stored in stainless steel tanks, in facilities located in Argolida. During this period of time, the oil undergoes a natural sedimentation under ideal conditions.

The storage containers are tightly sealed and placed in a cool, dark place to preserve the product's quality characteristics.

Finally, follows the bottiling process and the packaging. Everything is done with great care to ensure that our products will travel from Argolida to UK in their best shape.
